For those of you who have sent email asking if it's still on, you probably have neglected to check the website: I'll tell you anyway: We are on for November 6th. We just picked up a 100 lbs porker, a bit smaller than last year but we catch as catch can. Some have also asked what time. We'll be there from Friday night on, and expect the pig to be ready around 6-7pm (Saturday). We also plan on having one or two kegs, and a few sides (greens, corn bread etc). Here is what you can bring if you want: -Do not bring your dog! -Do bring your cat. But please make sure it's properly dressed and ready for the grill. -Do not bring a main dish unless you do not eat pig. -Do bring a side dish, if you like. -Do not bring beer. We'll have plenty -Do bring liquor or wine if you'll drink it. -Do not bring anything that will not be gone by Monday. -Do bring a friend, but only if she's gone by Monday. (Exceptions may apply on friends who want to stay over *wink wink*) -Do bring an instrument if you want to pick. -Do not bring your nose if that's what you like to pick.
